Venice - Florence Limo Transfer

Our private chauffeured limo transfer service between Florence and Venice is a smooth and seamless way to travel between these two beautiful cities.  We will pick you up at Venice in Piazzale Roma (at the water taxi docking) and deliver you to the door of your hotel in Florence (or vice-versa).
The drive between Florence and Venice is via Italy's main highway system, (autostrada A1, A13 and A4) and takes about 2 and half hours. 

Arriving in Venice: Piazzale Roma

Many people who have not been to Venice before don't realize that Venice is actually made up of a series of island which are completely off limits to road vehicles. The only way of reaching the center of Venice is literally a) walking or by b) boat.  Unless you are staying out of town (i.e. Mestre, or embarking on a cruise at the port),  pickups and drop offs for central Venice will be at a specific location: Piazzale Roma. 


Piazzale Roma is the furthest point reachable by road vehicles, after which only boats can go. If staying in central Venice, the portion of the transfer between Piazzale Roma and the hotel/apartment will have to be covered either walking (usually not feasible) or more realistically by "Vaporetto" public ferry or a private Water Taxi. Water taxis are a relatively expensive but very effective (and stylish) way to move about Venice. With sufficient advance notice we can help arrange the private water taxi to/from hotel  (please advise if you require this).
