Florence - Cinque Terre Transfer

We regularly run transfers between Florence and the Cinque Terre. We can arrange pick-up or drop-off in: Riomaggiore, Monterosso, Corniglia, Vernazza, Porto Venere and La Spezia.

The transfer to The Cinque Terre takes roughly 2hrs. The winding road to the beautiful towns perched on the steep seafront is particularly scenic.

For a small extra fee, it is also possible to arrange a stop at the
Leaning Tower of Pisa while en route between Florence and the Cinque Terre.

About Cinque Terre

The Cinque Terre is a coastal portion of Liguria, which lies just North of the Tuscany shoreline. The area has such historic and natural uniqueness that it has been declared a national park and UNESCO World Heritage Site.  It comprises of five main villages: Riomaggiore, Manarola, Corniglia, Vernazza and Monterosso.  These five (Cinque) villages being referred to as  "lands" (Terre) - as opposed to the sea which they overlook- shows how much the local culture and economy owes to the Mediterranean Sea. The brightly colored houses are painted -so the saying goes- to let  the fishermen recognize their own houses when out at sea..  The towns are placed in a truly impressive natural scenario with steep, terraced hills that decline into the blue Mediterranean sea. The ruggedness of the landscape and consequent inaccessibility of these villages has preserved them from modern development.
